Every active account is assigned a dedicated account manager. If you don't know who yours is, any of our sales team can route you — just include your account number in the first email.
New Account Applications
Applying for a wholesale account? Email our team with:
- Business legal name, DBA (if any), and EIN
- State tobacco or vapor retail license (copy)
- Resale certificate
- Primary ship-to address and billing contact
Applications are typically reviewed and approved within 1 – 2 business days.
Credit & Billing
For NET-terms inquiries, credit limit increases, statement copies, or billing questions: contact your account manager.
Returns & Claims
To initiate an RMA, report a DOA product, or file a shortage claim, contact your account manager with your PO number and a brief description. See our Returns & Exchange policy for the full process.
